Summary

Inia Health needed to pivot the business to add more value to its target audience. They decided on a portal for their students and lecturers, allowing access to classes, exams, grades, certificates, and more.

We built a bespoke LMS (Learn Management System) based on no-code (Bubble.io) for them.

Challenge

Inia Health, a leader in Mental Health education and consulting services, moved into the educational market in 2021 with a commitment to provide a fantastic experience to the users. 

The users would have their entire learning journey in a sleek and professional portal. 

The problem was that the out-of-the-box solutions were either excessively expensive or lacked the features they were looking for.

Strategy

The Oka team conducted discovery sessions with Inia partners to understand the goals and translate them into requirements. These requirements were Envisioned into a web portal, and the basic user journey was mapped out.

The team decided to develop the portal in Bubble.io (no code), and the first version was created in 4 months, from Envisioning to Launch.

Outcome

Inia is now established in the Mental Health market. with the portal serving as the home for all their courses, lecturers, students, and educational content. 

The portal is at the core of the business and has already run hundreds of courses for thousands of students.

The time to market, customised features, and cost-effective approach were essential for the successful pivot.
